At Polished Weekend 365, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must include all tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@polishedweekend365.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for your return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll send you an email confirmation
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@polishedweekend365.com. We'll help facilitate the exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
